You speak to me of logical traps but you're the one who is trying to claim that an inaction is infact an action.

Standing is inaction. Something that you can't help cannot be evil. You can't make your heart beat or not beat, so the beating of your heart cannot be evil. You can't make your eyes not see, so the mere inaction of watching cannot be evil. Actively closing your eyes may be evil yes, but in this example you aren't acting to closing your eyes.

What I like or don't like is irrelevant here. That definition is Void.
