Didn't know where else to ask, so is here, is there a cup that you can use for various holes or do they come with a pocket that's made for the cup specifically? i bought a few holes, more than a few, but also saw the plastic twisty type that pulls the air out.

Also can anyone recomend a good open ended hole?
