Honestly I feel like Fubuki is just a better Korone. She's cute and has fun making silly shitpost videos.

I can only think that she's less popular because you have to have a fairly high comprehension of the Japanese language to appreciate her content. While with Korone you can just should "YUBI YUBI XD POTATO" and watch meme games and understand 99% of her content. So all the rich EOPs go to Korone because its easy for them to understand, while Fubuki only has JSLs and JOPs who know how to appreciate her abilities.
