It's incorrect to think of monstergirls as biological beings in the same manner as humans and regular animals. Monsters are masses of demonic energy in physical form. This is why all mamono possess the ability to hide monstrous features as needed for sex and other activities. It's the underlying principle for how a man stays protected from sharp claws and other dangers during intercourse.

In a similar sense, any facsimile of a digestive tract is just a matter of practicality in converting normal, human food into energy. Monstergirls are already able to subsist off of spirit energy, whether absorbed directly during intimate acts, or even through close contact such as touching, licking, hugging, cuddling, etc with their mate.

You could even go so far as to say that monstergirls only bother eating food to be more relatable to humans.
