Well, I guess the specific number goes back to the stuff about Bern keeping track of her loops.

And I guess he wanted a large number in order to contrast with Satoko giving up, without needing to actually show Rika failing a bunch of times on panel yet again. But, yeah, it does mean she must have been doing very little in those loops, in order to avoid letting Satoko notice anything. It's very likely then looking back she WAS just about to walk out on Keiichi here and wouldn't even do anything anymore in this world if he hadn't gone after her.

Actually, looking back, this monologue works really well if she had seen this scene multiple times already.

"building up expectations all on my own and then getting disappointed all on my own... What am I even doing? In my head I know... but I can't stop feeling it."

As in, "In my head I know he won't go along, but I can't stop being disappointed".
