You know the cyber attack drill CNN was airing recently? What if a "terrorist" spread a massive virus to the ENTIRE INTERNET. The 80% of the population who are stupid and don't know how the Internet works will demand that the entire Internet be shut down "temporarily" so that the "experts" can "remove" it.

"So that this terrible, horrific tragedy never happens again, ___ will be spending the next 2 weeks coming up with a better, safer Internet. In the meantime, we will be giving out (free money) so that those businesses and peoples who suffer will be able to make it through these harsh times.
