>This is a status report. In May, I was so completely sick that I could only think that an alien had pushed the switch for May disease, and my stomach pain and depression worsened, so the GW event was canceled. I am living a bedridden life.
>It seems that I have been working too hard on various things by myself since I became a freelancer this year, [so I think it is time for me to take a break].
>Regarding the abdominal pain, the results of the colonoscopy showed no abnormalities. The abdominal pain and vomiting are attributed to mild reflux esophagitis caused by psychological stress.
>The abdominal pain has calmed down, but I am in a period of complete depression, negative thoughts and inability to do anything. With the support of those around me in my life, I am able to manage to take out the trash.
>Thanks to resting my body in May, I'm eating little by little and getting some morning sun, and although the change is still slight, my depression has eased. I'm not perfect yet, so little by little, I'd like to do more singing and photo sessions, so it's going to be at my pace, but I'd like to do my best.
