Wouldn't be surprised. They might have some luck asking indie devs like ARK but if they are contacting real publishers then it's going to have to get escalated up to their marketing and legal departments which will either take forever or not happen at all. I'd guess that 99% of companies would want their games streamed but at the same time would not go to the trouble of making a deal with Cover because even writing an agreement up will cost them money. Not to mention a lot of them like koro played older games where the rights are a mess and can be shared between multiple companies in which case they will never get a reply back.

Honestly I think the only way they can move forward is to actually get permission from a few companies with large catalogs and indie games or just keep doing it in the gray zone and just stop if a company asks rather than asking for permission in the first place.
