I've seen that myself. There is some nutritional value to be had in semen, but it is minuscule at best. There was also another study that concluded that semen being displaced directly into the vagina (instead of pulling out or using a condom) helped lower women's blood pressure, lower their chance of depression and gave them an over all more sense of good well being.

I guess you could say your semen is like a feel good drug.
