Back when Prop 8 in California was having commercial blitzes, there was this one commercial that was supposed to scare us, where a little girl came home all excited to show her mom something.

She had been given a storybook at school (elementary school) about how she could marry a princess when she grows up if she wants to (to which we viewers were supposed to be revolted and go vote Yes on 8). I immediately thought of Mokou and Kaguya, which shows how pathetic I am.

I did vow to get off my ass and vote to do a No on 8 because of it, though. Even though it still passed. It's okay, though, because Gensokyo has a lesbian governing majority that would never outlaw it ;_;
