How are my chances of clearing 2-4 with this fleet?

I'm thinking I might trade out Chitose for Hiyou to ensure air superiority at the boss fight. My pre-shelling offensive power would basically become nil, however I'd have a lot more anti-air and could use defensive formations with fewer disadvantages.

I'm not sure 2 Zuiuns and a Chitose Sub would do any relevant amount of damage against the boss to begin with.
