I don't undersant how works the HS, I understand the close a slot thing but what means "close a slot"? there are limited handshakes per slot? what does the member when close a slot, just opens another? and the numbers beside the city name, for example Tokyo 1/31, and how there are handshakes for singles not released yet? What happens when a member close all the slots, she doesn't go to more H/S for that single? Also the numbers inside the circles what means?
