The idea that comic books can be banned is horrifying.

Lawmakers and law enforcement no longer will be prosecuting actual crimes against actual people. They'll be prosecuting people on fictional crimes. We'll have moved onto pre-crime and thought crime. We'll have me

No actual humans are harmed in these books as Ken Akamatsu points out and that CNN dumbass fails to comprehend. It is the witchhunters like him and folks like Jack Thompson that have trouble separating fiction from reality.

To ban comics based on content is to prosecute people on thought crimes. You could also argue that a book of fictional violence or political themes is subversive and ban that. Then what kind of police state government would we have? That would go against the very essence of freedom of speech.

It is a disturbingly Orwellian idea.
