The stream is now operating at 200kbps ABR. Problematic tracks with hissing high-frequency content (like that Milky Holmes track) should playback with a huge improvement, while less demanding tracks should be transparent. Every music player under the sun should be able to play ABR files. If you use a music player with a realtime bitrate indicator you can observe the bitrate changing according to the music.

A small shoutout to john33 from RareWares.org for his excellent LAME dll modification that reads configuration from an .ini file instead of the arguments from the program that called it, enabling us to bypass the very limiting options SAM provides.
