Tag's strength. A tag with no number is essentially strength 1.0. If you put it in parentheses and add a decimal after a :, you make the generator pay more attention to it. You can also bring the strength below 1 if you want it present but perhaps it overpowers other elements. You may have seen them denoted as multiple (((parentheses))) or {{brackets}}, but that denotation has since been phased out.

For example, since most Reimu pics in my model have her bust at... let's say, normal size, I had to up the strength of gigantic tit-related tags for them to overpower Reimu's. At 1.0, they were having basically no effect. Careful not to overdo it, as it can throw the prompt out of balance. 1.3 is already a LOT stronger than 1.0. They're not percentages.
