The jaw to the ear part is way too long, you should practice drawing skulls so you can see how things connect from different angles.
Think of the shapes in 3D.

The left arm is too short, the whole arm should normally reach near the crotch.

The lines, although clean, look stiff.
You should try adding line weight, it makes the work look much more nicer and alive.

I tried adjusting it, sorry I couldn't do better with a laptop trackpad.

Overall its a good drawing! I really like what you did to the wings.

You just need a bit more practice and you'll definitely improve, I hope it doesn't look like I'm ragging on you too much.
