Even if that is the case, I feel like there has to be some time between revolutions for things to settle. Otherwise it's just going to become endless chaos and she'd lose track of what she's even rebelling against in the first place. Of course, to even be capable of doing something like that would require an absurd level of power, so then Seija herself would be firmly established as one of the strong she so despises. I guess maybe she could pull a Metroid and throw away whatever made her strong so she can start from square one as a weakling, but that itself seems a bit convoluted of a process just to satisfy her nature. I really wish I could understand an amanojaku's heart.

Like any other amanojaku, Seija's weak enough to not be a direct threat to anyone, so she can't really just go on a killing spree for funsies. Seiga eats babies so there's no doubt she's killed a couple people at this point. Tewi's probably also gotten a bunch of people killed from her pranks, but murdering someone isn't really a prank, even if you say "It was just a prank bro" while stabbing them to death.
