Even in the VN you can notice a lack of blood or actual wounds mentioned in the descriptions. It's why the scene in Miotsukushi where one of Satoko's traps slams Takano against a tree and she's actually left bleeding due to that was surprising to me. It's just not how the traps were treated in Matsuribayashi.
