Why is DJT so vehemently opposed to sentence cards when so many successful learners are known to have used them? Where are the success stories for vocab cards?

I've noticed that Kizuna Ai always says ゆって instead of 言って. Is this dialectal or just normal colloquial speech? If it's a dialectal thing, from which dialect does it come?
