The falseness of your statement can be logically proven.
As it is known, sluts are dirty, in other words, impure beings. Kaguya, however, is pure by definition, as she is a Hourai immortal. Therefore she is not a slut.
Coincedentally, it also proves that Mokou is not a slut either.
