I tried out the rotating tool on GIMP and it seems to leave some fuzzy residue. And I have no idea what this rasterize process is, or if it even is a process. Rotating with the Rotate tool seems easy, but how do I get rid of that shitty blur that makes the outside of the black text look blue?
