Puush and imgur have always been terrible hosts. Since you're not uploading the BMP directly to a tolerable host, you can just post PNGs here fine.
Hell, you should upload PNGs here anyway, for archival's sake, just in case any mirrors get take down. 4chan archives are often more resilient (From a certain year onward).
Any of the pomf clones like catbox/uguu/etc would be fine for the moment if you don't feel like using or cannot use the ever popular mega/mediafire/dropbox/drive/etc.

I don't know if imgur edited the image at all during upload besides just transcoding to PNG, but whatever. Better than deleted posts at least.
