PCB. The scoring system is lovely. I'm not the best at it, and I only score very casually, but I feel as if we get along. I have much respect for those who have mastered it or contributed to the high scoring routes. Then UFO for difficulty and because it also feels intuitive.
>C) Survival or scoring?
Scoring, though I'm a fan of pacifist challenges in games that support it.
>D) Greatest achievements?
A handful of Touhou and other STG world records, most of which have already been surpassed by now. I can only take pride in my route contributions.
>E) How much do you play?
Less than an hour per week. I'm retired.
>F) Goals?
To don't want to die and very enjoy.

I've gotten worse.

I used to interact with others semi-regularly via Twitter or IRC. Now, I mostly just check thtopscore_bot once a week or so.

MotK for tournaments or other shenanigans if they catch my interest.
>C) Do you enjoy watching replays or videos?
Yes, for a variety of reasons. Primarily superplays or those of my direct competitors. I also enjoy watching my own, and I tell myself it's so I can spot mistakes and get ideas for new optimizations so that I don't feel too narcissistic.
>D) Livestreaming as entertainment?
Very few people actually entertain me. Most of the ones I've watched for extended periods of times were those of my direct competitors so that we may view each other's progress and exchange scoring ideas.
>E) Idol?
Many around me have given me strength and inspiration. They know who they are.
>F) Do you wish the Western Touhou/STG players discussed more with each other?
As far as I can tell, they discuss plenty already.
