Unless you're doing something where you want 2 destroyers (E-3 and E-4 for an easier path to boss), they're pretty much deadweight, they're only useful in night combat which you shouldn't be bothering with unless you NEED to kill something (bosses). I wouldn't get rid of Kirishima, although "when I get Mutsu" is presuming a lot anyway. (I have a 47 Mutsu and no Nagato.) You pretty much want BBs BBs and more BBs to clear tough maps though, save the destroyers for easy grinding (3-2). I personally used Inazuma as my flagship until she was level 35 or so but honestly she was pretty much useless outside of night combat.

Find something that lets you inspect the content of the page. In Firefox I just right-click, view page info, media tab, look through the list of media on the page (mostly images, icons) until I find the embedded flash.
