Yachie just has a much more interesting role in TH17, since she is the mastermind that drags the girls into the incident.
Saki has potentially fun/interesting interactions with Yachie and Miko, but I don't think that's enough to make her anyone's favorite.
No idea why people like Yuuma, though.
