I wanted the male characters to do something cool. Yuuno, Chrono, Verossa, and even fucking Vice were better characters than any of the trainees, which consisted of 3 useless moeblobs and an equally useless shota.

Yuuno works at a library. That means he learned some ancient Velka magic by researching it for 10 years or something. And did you see him floating in the Infinite Library? He could probably do some hacker shit and cast Gates of Babylon. But no, they didn't even bother to change his voice. FATE'S VOICE WAS LOWER THAN HIS.

Chrono wears a spiky black outfit, yet all he does is sit at his desk and jerk off. That's unfair. He should be on the front lines killing people with a bigass sword. Plus, he's voiced by Sugita, so imagine the one liners.

Verossa is perfect for the role of fabulous guy who can nuke shit by blinking. The fact that he is played by Ono D should've been enough to make the writers give him a badass part, but no. All he does is summon his gay dog familiars.

Vice was a pilot and was formerly a sniper. He was useful about once in the whole story, but was otherwise a plot device for Tiana. Fuck that, he should at least give constant cover fire during an operation.

The trainees were all useless. The main three and the knights were more than enough moe. There were not enough badass heroes. Pic related.
