For me it's not even deconstruction. I lived in that dark, prehistoric before-time when the only stuff available was the dodgy translations of the early MGE profiles. The dodgy translations where lamias would straight-up murder your ass and none of the later emphasis on waifuism was known.

I can't see lizardgirls being in Good. There's never any mention of them helping the weak or dispossessed; all they care about is fighting strength. They're just as happy to go bro-op or submissive-waifu on a cruel bandit who slaps their shit as they are on a noble hero who slaps their shit. I imagine them as disciplined mercenaries, serving either good or bad masters. Sure, they don't carve a random path of rape and destruction on their own accord, but they wouldn't have qualms about shaking down a town for protection money, or something.

Valkyrie's troublesome too as she starts off lawful good but then migrates to chaotic good (the profile literally says something along the lines of "she will adventure with her partner writing wrongs for human and monster, not beholden to the church's code"). So I guess she's neutral good on average, but... eh.

I guess I'd put sea-bishop as neutral good and dhampir as chaotic good. Prefer tanuki for lawful evil too. Not sure how dragons can be lawful given that they live in the mountains and their code is nothing but "Moar gold plox", which they presumably acquire by setting its previous owner on fire and robbing their smouldering corpse. Something like inari would probably be better there; one of the ones that lives in human lands and is generally well-behaved.
