Does Rose Gun Days' politics get less boring later? I'm only at the very beginning so I could just be posting too soon but while the worldbuilding and atmosphere seem really cool, it feels like it's just setting up some autistic Japanese nationalist stuff where the spunky criminal underworld team up together to show the incompetent and bad Americans and Chinese the power of Nippon Banzai or whatever.
