Satoko will keep looping until she achieves her goal, even if that goal becomes impossible. Due to the "Miracles", and Rika knowing that Satoko is the culprit, her winning conditions have basically disappeared. Even if she changes Rikas, those miracles will get worse and worse every time she loops.
She can't even give up, because giving up on her goal leads to a random person going L5 and killing everyone (Tataridamashi).
I'll find out whether or not I have aids after visiting Nanjo's bedroom.
