She easily makes at least $500 per video in donations from super chat (see pic), and they have been releasing ~8 videos per month lately, so that's at least $4000 in donations per month.

So all in all, she gets at least $6000 per month, splitting it between herself, Yomemi, video editors, translators, etc., but even with the splitting, she should have enough to be eating properly and maybe even making payments on her crippling debt.

Also, judging by all these over the top pranks she pulls on Yomemi, it wouldn't be too long until Yomemi have had enough of this bullying and decides to quit, so Eilene would have even fewer people to split her revenue on, meaning even more money for her! /s
