i understand.
that's why the author spent 8 episodes expanding upon a meta-narrative for many years, intentionally writing a duality to almost everything in the plot (including an abundance of the already massive cast of fleshed out characters).

because willard explains nearly all the mysteries in a somewhat vague way that only takes a bit of digging to understand, the author is lazy. The lazy asshole who asked the readers of Higurashi to stop and theorize before continuing to Chapter 5, because he considers it the most enjoyable part of a mystery.

So who else has red the Murder of Roger Acroyd? I finished it recently, and while the mystery itself was quite good I felt it lacked the HEART that many of Christie's other works often has. None of the motives were terribly interesting, Poirot seemed like he was playing a game of casual checkers the whole time, and the narrator seemed just bored of the whole thing.

I felt this guy needed a troll face, so I pulled one from an image a guy made previously and threw it on a sprite.
