Probably the AKB48 48 Minutes shorts, I think it aired somewhere around the beginning of 2007. It's just a collection of episodes lasting a few minutes each where the members compete in some small challenges (jumprope, speed eating, etc...), I guess it would still be interesting to check if you want to see each individual member doing a little self-presentation at the end.
