Rainbow meta and rainbow teams are completely different, in fact they are the complete opposite. Rainbow meta means you have to have one full team for every element; rainbow team means a single team with multiple elements in it.
Unless something changed since I quit, nobody except the craziest whales used a rainbow team in GBF, and even then it's just for buffs, it's not like they have rainbow grids to support each element.
