So while reading through Umineko you find out that even though the witches have SOOOO much magical power, guns are still a threat to them. Even as great as all these "powerful" Umineko land witches are, they are still weak to lead bullets.

This got me to thinking. In both the Umineko world, and in Gensokyo, there exists a large amount of magical power. Has Zun actually said anything about guns in Gensokyo? Could all of the touhou's powers be rendered useless if space marines or whatever invaded and started shooting the place up, or does Zun actually respect his work enough to make his character's more powerful than guns?

Could the touhous defeat the witches?
