Practice the stages you've completed until you can get to Kanako with as many lives as possible, attempt to beat Kanako. Oddly, it's worth noting her final spell card is harder on easy then it is on normal for some reason.

Either way you need to get used to her shit, most of it isn't as hard as some of the other bosses bullshit, but dat final spellcard is a wall for some.
