Unironically because she did nothing wrong. She has found her niche right away and it's great but hardly ever tried to reach out past it. She's very tame, mature and soft compared to Coco and Kanata who won audience over with unhinged duo shitposting.

She lacks the edge. Watame no Uta has produced some wonderful numbers and PPTrio was amazing when it still was a thing but these days she's too safe to the point of being boring. 4th Gen is now fully blooming and others are getting their identity but Watame's appeal of being soft-spoken and comfy lags behind her sheepish personality. Compare for example Watame-brand comfy to Okayu or Roboco-brand comfy. That's not even the same energy at times. Watame was one of the first holos I subbed to and I love her but I can't deny that she's really hit or miss.
