Reading this again made me think that Kohaku probably isn't supposed to get a disney-tier happy ending in her route until Takeuchi bitched about it like he did with Saber's True End because he has a bias for the maids. The only reason why Nasu is even considering a true route for Arc is because he personally feels like he got mogged by Sasaki he felt compelled to rewrite it. Otherwise, most of the stuff that we've seen in Arc route so far have remained the same. It will probably be the same case for Hisui's too since it's one of his fav routes.
