Even on that point though, if the genie needs to grant more than 3 wishes to secure a man she wants as her husband, she'll readily do so by giving the man an "extension" on his wishes as an excuse.

The star decorations have to do with how while both powers originated from the sun god, the pharaohs are the "sun" while the genies are associated with "stars" in general.

Lastly, many probably guessed this, but the smoke in the art is part of her body/mana.
