Google translate is, as always, tricky. I am not sure it says that she sees her husband as a Cthulhu god. However, it is clear that she sees herself as having being decided by a higher existence that she is to serve her husband.
Though, it is unclear if the husband is recognized as "Cthulhu" or if it means that "Cthulhu" is the higher existence that has deemed that Shog should serve her husband.

The Shoggoth posting does not stop there and in reply to a comment, KC states (from what i could get from translate) has an love expression abyssal word for her husband, that has no equivalent in the human language and that if you try to translate it, you will not find a corresponding language:

Overall, I think it is very clear that Shoggoth blows Kikkimora out of the water in waifu level. And to be frank after reading all this, even I, a musclefag with zero interest on maid waifus is now horny over Shoggoth and think it would be very nice to have one as wife.
