I've bought a few figurines off Ebay (I know the risk of getting bootlegs, I only bought them becuase I'm starting my collection and they were cheap) and three of them arrived today (see pic, the Miku figma is the only old one). I noticed that Kohaku and Revoltech Dark Saber had little 'holographic' Type-Moon stickers on the box. Does that mean they're real? The Good Smile suited Saber didn't have this sticker, does that mean it's a bootleg?

What's the difference between bootlegs and real figurines, apart from the obvious lower quality materials? Is it ever really worth cheaping out and buying a bootleg instead of the real thing?
