Do any of you have any actual evidence as to her age? All we know is that in PC-98 canon she’s described as a “child”, which in traditional Japanese culture can be up to 20 years, and she logically must be old enough to be a shrine maiden or miko, for which the minimum age is 10 IIRC. Since Marisa is described as the same age as Reimu despite looking younger, and she is mentioned by ZUN as looking much older in TH3 than TH2, I would guess they’re both roughly middle school age in those games with Marisa hitting a growth spurt in between.
