As I've sat here bullshitting this report about diversity, I've come to the conclusion that I'm probably a sociopath.

I was thinking more along the lines of the Hierarchy of Needs.

The first level (Physiological) is basic instincts. Be able to live and all that shit.

So then we get to safety, their health, well being, and ability to live in a stable environment. Monster Girls can take a lot of shit a normal human can't, but I doubt most would enjoy living where they're in a constant fight for basic survival. Wurms and Sand Worms are tough fuckers, but things like a Kiki or a Holstaurus wouldn't do as well in their habitats. I will admit this one is a lot more up in the air than the others as different girls are able to handle much more hostile environments than humans, but the point still stands.

And here's where it really breaks down: love and belonging. Monster girls want to find their husband, and that's fine and dandy. But I've wondered about the psychological implications of this. Do "unmarried," girls think they're unloved? Do they find any comfort in close friends? How does a girl feel if she's unmarried for most of her life?

Then that ties into Esteem. If a girl can't find a guy after years of searching, do they just give up? Do they become apathetic about life? Being unable to achieve one of the things they are hard wired to do must suck serious ass.

And lastly there's the self-actualization. If a girl doesn't have her physical, emotional, and psychological needs taken care of, how is she able to grow as a monster girl?

In typing this out I realize I put a lot more emphasis on the human aspect. It's really just an autistic thought experiment, but it's something I've wanted to explore.
