Thanks for the help guys, I finally landed the kill.

I think what did the trick was to optimize my planes further for more bombers while still keeping 650 AS, plus sending both LBAS to the boss. This run was pretty lucky though, reached the boss with everyone green and even got green T.

Not sure if I'll try to farm the boss for Asakaze, might just dump landbases on O and hope for the best.
