Regarding her route, all we know about the H-scenes were that there was going to be a scene where Shirou would be given the choice to choose between two different sets of lingerie for Illya to wear during a sex scene with her, black lace or white lace. This is confirmed in Fate/Material and even includes art of the two sets Takeuchi drew up. There's also concept art of a pre-H scene for one of the maids, and it's stated there would've been a group H-scene involving them.
