Akiba-Online if you don't mind waiting for downloads. Bobx for nearly all kinds of sets and a good way to discover new idols but slow updates (and some heavy focus on JAV which I despise, but may be more your thing), meitulu and meituri for some old stuff not on the other + chinese gravure. there's also passion-nippones and x-idol when all else fails. Sadpanda has old school cosplay sets too if that's your thing.
