You are pretty much done once you hit the CV hime wall. Only thing left are her and Hornet.
For the p3 gimmick, A rank with STF is ok so it shouldn't be too difficult even with benchwarmer.
I was testing out nagato touch while waiting for FF and it actually seems much stronger than using kongou. You can consider using touch for phase2 as well.
