I wonder if you're a japanese female talent and given the opportunity to apply for hololive or nijisanji, which would they even take. Or is it like they apply to hololive first and if they fail then they resort to nijisanji or vice versa.

I'm curious everyone is making a big deal out of one championship win out of 25+ scrim rounds for startend. Yet other championships go unnoticed. You don't see hundreds of clips of the same championship match for another team as compared to startend.
Like where's the praise for kuzuha/p4k/noah's team that got multiple championships
