you need to put it in a sealed preserving jar and an extremely small amount of baking soda, like less than 1/8th of a teaspoon per cup, and put it into the pressure cooker. For a couple hours, the more milkfats the better, I usually use Alexandria 6%. On it's own it tastes extremely strange and almost poisonous, but iff you add literally any spices or sugar to it you end up with a whole new product, it's like the sweet version of browned butter solids.
