Ibaraki's arm ate a lot of humans, and onis are portrayed as the lowest of the low in moral terms, so we have that. Vampires are obviously very dangerous, Remilia and Flandre being extremely tame because they were converted at a very young age. Imagine an angsty teenager turned into a vampire

Kappas have that thingy in their backpacks that sucks that spirit thing out your ass, and its mentioned that kappas in Gensokyo are in the lookout for outsiders to get that. Tengus are also listed as very high threat level by Akyuu, and they absolutely hate trasspassers (yes, you don't want to spawn in the Youkai Mountain if you get into Gensokyo)

Fairies are brutally annoying, thieving and untrustworthy, but they won't kill you. Magicians, while less annoying to people due being an asocial lot, are as thieving and maybe even more untrustworthy like fairies, also they might kidnap children to make them apprentices (which is honestly an improvement for the child). Also are known to refuse to pay taxes.

Gods vary from portfolio to portfolio, and celestials like to cause rumble for the funnies, Tenshi being the prime example of it

Hermits are not a threat (most of the time, looking at you, Seiga). Therianthropes are usually not dangerous


Unidentified youkai such as Rumia or Wriggle vary from individual to individual, beast youkai such as Chen and Tewi aswell

Shinigamis and yamas just do their jobs

They don't care about disguises, they just go into it. Fairies are instantly kicked out violently, unless its Clownpiece (you don't mess with Hecatia's fairy), or they are accompanied by a 'guardian'
