legitimate question, is MG3 actually good?

i watched seasons 1&2 when i was first getting into akb but once i heard that there was a cast change in 3 i kinda avoided it and heard mixed things about it afterwards

looking at the cast now i recognize most of the names, but if its actually not good then i'll probably just find something else to watch
